We endeavour to follow up by phone or email on the day of consultation to inform you of the plan, and again on day of discharge or when new information is available. If you have a preference for method of contact, just let our reception know.
Sometimes we get waylaid with emergencies, but we want to make sure you’re kept in the loop as much as possible.
For inpatients, we aim to have a full-written report sent to your practice by email within 24 hours of discharge.
In the case of outpatients with pending test results, the report will be forwarded once test results have been compiled and a treatment plan is in place.
