Job Description
Veterinary Specialists Ireland is thrilled to announce an opening for a board-certified (ACVIM/ECVIM-CA) or residency-trained Small Animal Internal Medicine Clinician.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our expanding team of specialists. Our independently-owned, referral-only hospital, located just 40 minutes from Dublin, has been serving the island of Ireland since July 2019.
We currently have a dynamic team that includes six ACVS/ECVS Diplomates, three ECVS residents, one ACVSMR/ECVSMR Diplomate, one ECVIM-CA Diplomate, one ACVECC Diplomate and one ECVDI Diplomate.
We also offer support services in Cardiology, Nutrition, Ophthalmology, Exotics and Integrative Medicine, and collaborate closely with specialists at our sister hospital, which opened in Cork in May 2024.
Due to our growing caseload, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our referral-only internal medicine service.
The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated team of specialist colleagues, support staff, and referring veterinarians, with the assistance of our experienced medicine nursing team.
Our hospital is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital radiography, 64-slice CT, ultrasound, fluoroscopy with vascular capability, flexible and rigid endoscopy, 1.5T MRI, and a comprehensive in-house laboratory.
