POSITION: Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Team Member

We’re looking for a friendly, organised, animal-lover to join our Client Care Team at our busy veterinary hospital. You will be the welcoming face (and voice) for pets and their owners, helping make every visit as stress-free as possible.
What you’ll do
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Support the veterinary team with smooth day-to-day operations
- Keep the reception area tidy, safe, and welcoming
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident with computers and booking systems
- Calm and compassionate in a busy environment
- Previous reception or veterinary experience is a bonus, but not essential – training provided
- It will be required to work weekend days and Bank Holidays on a shared roster
